Payment and Documents must be received at least 1 business day in advance of the Signing Ceremony.

Knowledge Based Authentication and Credential Analysis

Prior to the Signing Ceremony, you will receive an Invitation Email with instructions, a click to JOIN button and a 4 digit passcode. Flag this email - You will need it if you accidentally get bumped from the session.
Ten minutes prior to the start of your session, click on the JOIN button in your email to start the ID Verification process.
You must pass both the Knowledge Based Authentication quiz and the Credential Analysis, but if you fail the Facial Recognition (selfie), don’t worry, we can do this manually during the session. With this RON platform we can only accept a US state or territory issued Driver’s License (or State issued non-driver ID) or a US Passport. If you are having trouble with the ID Verification process, do not hesitate to contact us.
Once you have passed the ID Verification, you will be ready to join the session. Your meeting room status will change from WAITING FOR NOTARY, to a JOIN button. If you have left the meeting room, then use the same email you used for ID Verification to join the session.
From that point on - we will be on camera together and I will give you the necessary instructions. Remember don't get ahead of me because the system is very sensitive. And, if you get bumped from the session - use the email link to get back in!
