A: Your notarization is scheduled within 24 hours of payment and can happen as soon as the same day (rush charges may apply). County recording in Arizona typically takes 1–5 business days once submitted. Your certified copy is then mailed to you promptly after recording is confirmed. From start to finish most clients receive their certified copy within 7–10 business days.

A: Yes — absolutely. Remote Online Notarization has been fully legal in Arizona since July 1, 2020. Our notaries are commissioned by the Arizona Secretary of State, bonded, and insured. In Arizona this fee is $30.00 and is set by the state — it is not a fee we control or profit from. Without recording, your deed transfer is not legally recognized. A: Once your deed is recorded by the county recorder's office it becomes part of the official public record, meaning the property transfer is legally recognized. We will email you a screenshot of your recorded deed as it appears in the county records so you have immediate confirmation. We then obtain your certified copy and mail it directly to you. At that point the process is complete and your deed is fully executed.

A: Our Essential Deed Recording Package is designed for a single signer and a single page. If your deed requires additional signers or includes more than one page we have additional packages to accommodate that. Just contact us and we'll quote you accordingly.

A: Yes. We use an industry-leading RON platform and E-Filing Platform that employ bank-level encryption and multi-factor identity verification. Your personal information and document details are fully protected throughout the entire process to the maximum extent possible at the time of the transaction. The online notary session is also recorded and stored securely as required by Arizona law.
