DEED RECORDING MADE SIMPLE
How Deed Recording Works With Us
If your deed has already been prepared, we help you complete the final steps: notarization, electronic filing where available, and recorded copy follow-through.
How it Works
1. We review the filing path
We confirm what is needed for your deed, including notarization requirements, county submission method, and whether additional items may be required.
2. We handle the notarization
If your deed needs notarization, we coordinate the notarization in the method that fits the transaction and jurisdiction.
3. We submit for recording
Where electronic recording is available and appropriate, we help facilitate the filing process so the document can be submitted efficiently.
4. We help you receive the recorded copy
Once accepted and recorded, we send you comfirmation of the recording. We ensure you know what was filed and how to obtain or receive the recorded version for your records.
(If you need to have your deed prepared we are happy to refer you to a Deed Preparation firm that specializes in tailoring the deed to county regulations.)
