How to travel with your child

If you are planning to travel this summer with your child and you live separate from your child's other parent - you need to be prepared.  Here are the two things you need to do:

1.  Notarize a document allowing your child to travel with you.

2.  If you need a passport for your child - be sure to fill in the form and get it notarized.
