TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Once you have made payment, you'll be assigned to one of our team members who will review your documents and requirements.

• You will receive an electronic invoice to be paid in advance.
• You'll receive an upload link to upload your documents
• You'll receive a required data info form and upload link
• You'll receive a pdf with signer requirements, technical requirements, document requirements and a computer test.

All payment, documents and required information must be received prior to scheduling the session.
Sessions will be scheduled no sooner than 3 business days after Signer, Technical and Document requirements have been met.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

• 3 Business Days or More from Start of Session: 75% of Invoice Refunded
• Less than 3 Business Days from Start of Session: 50% of Invoice Refunded
• Failure during the session:  If session cannot be rescheduled, no refund available.

Reschedule Policy:

• 3 business days or more, prior to the start of the session: $25.00 
• 3 business days or less prior to the start of the session: $100.00
• Failure to enter session 15 minutes or more after start of session:  $100.00
       (AZRN Witnesses, team members and platform resources are paid regardless of session completion)

 Credit Card Policies:

• Our Credit Card Processor is Stripe.
• Your credit card statement will reflect our full corporate name:  PowerVision360 Productions, LLC d/b/a AZ Roving Notary
• Your personal information, billing address and credit card information entered to pay the invoice is never seen by AZRN or our team members.
• If you are requesting a refund - please go through us rather than the credit card company as we have a specific refund policy.

Please note that although an electronically executed will is valid in Arizona when the law is followed, you must check with your lawyer if the will is accepted when filed in probate court in Arizona or other state.
